We will need customers to contact us so we can add a tag to their account which will enable them to be able to book any accessibility seats themselves if they wish to do so. Alternatively they can email tickets@cambridge.gov.uk or call us on 01223 357851 from Monday-Friday, between 10.00am and 5.00pm, for us to help with the booking.

We offer a free carer ticket.

For level access to the building using a wheelchair, we have a separate entrance through Door B which is located down the side of the venue.

We have all this info and more on our website here.
