We were to play at the opening series of shows in Glasgow's Hydro when it was first opened built near the old SECC in Glasgow. Inevitably the opening got delayed so it wasn't till later in the year, and the final night of the tour that we played. Unlike its neighbour it's an arena which is built for music, and although it's quite a thought having such a big gig in your home city at the end of the tour, all of us loved playing there that first night. To put this into context, thirty one years after our debut album, this was our biggest indoor show in Glasgow. You can hear some of the gratitude and joy in this performance. It was a very special night.
